Our approach

Innovation and creativity are two different things. Innovation includes creativity, and is benefited greatly by it, but it also involves doing the hard work of not only "creating dots" but also connecting them and building complete ecosystems around them.


We've studied at Stanford University to better understand design thinking and it's power of empathic listening and high-volume idea generation. We'll help you get as far outside of the box as you want. But with over a decade of private company and private equity ownership experience, we know how to be practical too. 


Innovation isn't a fuzzy tool that can't be measured. It's a front-end tool that needs to be properly led and harnessed as it helps drive high-impact ideas all the way through the funnel to full commercialization. The trick is making sure you use design thinking and customer tests to know that you're investing your full resources in your most promising opportunities. That's our favorite part.
